Increasing Early Numeracy through the Traditional Suit Jari Game in Group B Children at TK Insan Qur'ani. Early numeracy is a foundational competency for young children, yet observations at TK Insan Qur'ani indicated that most Group B children still struggled to recognize numeral symbols and count objects accurately. This classroom action research aimed to improve early numeracy skills through a modified traditional finger game, suit jari, adapted so that each hand gesture represents a specific quantity that children must count and match to numeral cards. The study used the Kemmis and McTaggart action research model across two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects were 15 Group B children (9 boys, 6 girls). Data were collected through observation sheets rated on a four-level scale (BB, MB, BSH, BSB) and analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Results showed early numeracy skills improved from the pre-cycle condition (40.0%) to Cycle I (46.6%) and Cycle II (86.6%), exceeding the 75% success indicator. The findings conclude that the modified suit jari game is effective in stimulating early numeracy in young children.
