This study aims to conceptually examine the application of basic guidance and counseling principles in addressing digital challenges among college students. The study employed library research with descriptive analysis of various relevant secondary sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of principles such as individuality, independence, openness, confidentiality, and moral responsibility is crucial to supporting students in building digital resilience. Furthermore, strategies for integrating technology-based guidance and counseling services, such as the use of social media, e-counseling, and digital literacy training for counselors, have proven effective in reaching students broadly and flexibly. The conclusions of this study emphasize the need to improve counselors' competence in technology and the importance of an ethical approach to creating adaptive, safe, and relevant counseling services in the digital era
