Program Mengajar Aqidah, Fiqih Ibadah, Dan Tahsin Bacaan Al-Qur'an Di Perum Grand Siman Indah, Ponorogo

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) is a tangible form of community engagement carried out by the academic community of the University of Darussalam Gontor. The program is supported by UNIDA and begins with an initial proposal-selection process for activity implementation. This initiative was established in response to several issues identified within the communities surrounding UNIDA, particularly those related to aspects of worship (ibādah), creed (aqīdah), and Qur’anic recitation. In several cases, community members were found to lack a proper understanding of these fundamental religious components. In fact, possessing sound aqīdah is considered essential for achieving well-being in both this life and the hereafter. Likewise, understanding the correct procedures of worship and the proper recitation of the Qur’an is a prerequisite for the validity of acts of worship, especially the ritual prayer (ṣalāh). Therefore, the outcomes of this program are expected to produce tangible impacts and effectively address the existing problems faced by the designated partner institutions. The program is implemented in groups, in collaboration with the community of Perumahan Grand Siman Indah, Ponorogo.
